Kouroi: Ruling Powers of Yetzirah

Kouroi is a Greek word simply meaning “male youths.” Interestingly, kouroi is also the term used to describe statuary depictions of male youths in the ancient world. These are the governing entities of the world of Yetzirah, the Astral Plane. As such they represent a more elevated form of a given Astral force, in fact closer to the realm of Briah than to Assiah.
